I am thankful for the Landing Of Gainesville. My husband Willie, is a resident there, and has been for over a year. The place is very clean and fresh. There were times when I needed an ear to listen to me, Tarmar Brown, The Director, took the time to listen. Carolyn and Becky are great staff members with the love of God. I love each one of the residents. To make this decision was not easy, but with help from God and Carolyn it went smoothly. I am a God fearing servant of God, and a Nurse. I have seen many staff members put their arms around the residents that meant so, so, much to me. To Love and be loved is awesome. Thanks for every Song and prayer. Veola Thomas, Wife of Willie Thomas, My Love.

When you walk into the Landings, you are greeted by a bright, clean space and a warm welcome. They go out of their way to make everyone at home here and also, decorate for each holiday to make it fun and festive! Definitely go see for yourself and meet the team.

I refer families to The Landings and other senior communities. Recently had two families move in( over the past year) and both have been happy with this community, especially with Tamar who is a very dedicated Manager!

My mother has been living in the Assisted Living side about 3months and has fallen in love with the staff. Everyone has been so kind and sweet to her. They have been willing to help her with anything she needs. Our only issue has been the quality of the meals, it has been hit or miss with Mother calling to request we bring her something to eat because she couldn't eat what they served. Otherwise, the place has been wonderful!!

The caregivers on staff are phenomenal. My grandmother spent a year at the Landings before we moved her to another assisted living, and the caregivers became family to her and to us. Unfortunately, around later 2021, the management changed, and they continue to rotate temporary management. Because of this, the Landings is incredibly lacking in planned activities and organization, which is important for memory care. A lot of residents are moving out, and only a few remain at the time of this updated review (Feb 2022). When we first moved her there (March 2021) this facility was the best we toured.
