Tihja Is Such A Great Worker And Listener She Takes Great Care Of My Grandma At Lakewest Assistant She Listens To Her Concerns And Answers Them Swiftly She Never Not Have A Smile On Her Face And She Always Greeting Others.

Lakewest is Great, my father gets the best care that he needs, the Med Tech Tihja i presume I spelled it right if I don’t I apologize But she is my father’s favorite he speak very highly of her she always look out for him making sure he actually take his meds bc normally he’s stingy she a great asset to the team great job keep it up!!

Lakewest is a blessing. Like any place, it will be what you make it. ALL of the staff are professional, kind and patient. They treat me with respect and kindness. The living quarters are nice, comfortable and best of all private. In my older years, I am grateful to have this place.

The staff at Lake West are truly amazing. The activity coordinators go above and beyond to make every resident feel engaged, valued, and happy. Vtoria, the Activity Director, brings so much energy and heart into everything she does—it really shows in the residents’ smiles. Tamika, the DON, is incredibly caring, attentive, and always advocates for the residents’ well-being. Mark, the Administrator, does an outstanding job creating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Together, this team makes Lake West feel less like a facility and more like a caring community. I’m so impressed with the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they show every single day.
