Our grandma stayed up here for her end of life care. When she passed. We went up to remove her belongings and someone felt they needed a family heirloom more than we did. Our great great great grandmother's rocking chair. Absolutely disrespectful. Way to go Terrace staff. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

I have been to Lakeview Terrace several times and have always enjoyed my visits. It's a beautiful community. The staff are amaing and always go above and beyond. I always feel welcome!

The clinical and kitchen staff were amazing, however the office staff wanted nothing to do with our family when my dad was dying and when he passed they ignored my mom and did not act like they cared after his passing. Is it all about money and getting someone in to take the room?
