Do not let them take money autmatically from your checking account. They will do arbitrary amounts during the month without notifying you until after the fact. The director does not return calls or take responsuibility for this happening. If you get angry with her she puts the blame back on you and claims you are yelling because she is a woman. No, because she doesnt do her job!

Deeandra in Memory Care keeps a close eye on each of the residents. She is kind, sensitive and conscientious. She also engages the residents in a variety of well selected activities, games and special events. The caregivers in Memory Care feel like family. They take the time to know my mother.❤️

We picked Laketown Village for my brother- in- law after our tour by Cindy Rooney. Cindy is amazing and took the time on her off day to show me Laketown Village. We needed memory care and Laketown Village offerred both assisted living snd memory care. The facility was spotless, beautifully planned out with lots of space and courtyards. Management covered every aspect of the facility to ensure the highest quality of care. They also incorporate methodology based on the science of aging to promote neuroplasticity to improve cognition as well as physical activities to keep their patients strong. Their meal area looks like a fancy restaurant in the assisted living center. In memory care, it feels like you are eating with your family. Each area has tons of staff that are specialist in diverse fields for the geriatric population. As we meandered into the many different areas that were built to support activities to promote brain health and physical strength, Cindy Rooney mentioned that they also have live entertainment 2 to 3 times a week. She reviewed the security system throughout the facility that ensures the safety of the residents. Each day offers a list of activities that assist in keeping residents busy and connected. The staff, especially Cindy Rooney, seem more like family members offerring hugs and love to every resident calling them by their first names and addressing endearing qualities of each. Our family feels very confident after a prolonged search that we found the perfect home for our family member. Thank you Cindy Rooney for taking the time on your day off to give us such an extensive and detailed tour. You are truly an angel. I want to commend Cindy Rooney for her exceptional warmth and professionalism. She was the first point of contact at Laketown and continues to be person I look forward to seeing and know I can count on. I find she consistently goes above and beyond in making everyone feel welcomed and valued, creating a positive and reassuring atmosphere. While I do find all the staff helpful in this regard, it is Cindy's efforts that come to mind prompting me to write a note of appreciation. Her approach is a wonderful reminder of the impact a warm welcome and a willingness to help others, inside or outside their assigned role, can have and it’s something I appreciate.

As soon as I chatted with Cindy I knew this was the perfect community. Words cannot express how accommodating and wonderful she is. She came in on her day off to give a tour even. Work with Cindy and you will be taken care of and even enjoy it!
