Do NOT take your loved ones here for memory care. The memory care unit gets forgotten. The sales lady can really sell it! Cold food, no bathing, no cleaning of the rooms, etc - false promises. When brought up to management they simply don't care but will gladly take your money for services that they aren't doing.

We have our Dad here in the memory care unit. What a nice facility. It is not new. What makes up for that is feeling like home. Carpet, wall decor, private baths with showers, outdoor access, big windows in all the rooms, nice big closets for storage. The staff is capable. They know what they are doing. Many have years of experience. Happy to answer questions and explain what they are doing and why. Located on the highway, with a view of Lake Panorama. One small hitch, the parking lot is small. Only room for 8 cars or so. Maybe there is additional parking that I haven't seen. Each area of the complex has its own dining room, community room, guest restrooms, etc. Every room has a welcoming piece of art along with a name plate. Elevators or stairs to go between floors. They offer different levels of care from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care. If your loved one is looking, this place is nice. Affordable, too.

Great food, amazing staff, wonderful residents, clean facility

Staff are so friendly and accommodating!! The place is clean and well kept.. the people that live here are well cared for!
