LAKES, THE

This place is full of mold in the walls and carpets from a ceiling leak that they ignored for weeks and just painted and dried the carpets not a healthy place it once was a healthy beauty place but now it's a neglected facility so sad and if this place can be neglected so can your loved ones. Don't let the beauty of the facility full you . And what they did to those employees who dedicated them themselves to that place when it sank like the titanic during Covid times and been there for years is so sad Again this people are not to be trusted place should be shut down . Management and directors need more schooling on running a facility.

The Lakes at Banning is an excellent place for senior assistant living. They have different care for assistance for each individual needs. Very clean the staff is well in assisting the residents. Their director Lorri maintains a friendly atmosphere for the residents knowing all their names. She assures the residents of their needs. Does an excellent n professional to maintain their welfare. My father has been there 4 years and is very comfortable being there in which my siblings are very happy him being a resident. Lorri has done an excellent job.

We have had two family members reside at The Lakes Memory care facility since 2014. My mom has been a resident at the Memory Care for the last 4 years. Under the current Memory Care Director, Amanda McElwain, we can actually feel the improvements she has made to the unit in the atmosphere, staff, activities and overall calmness of the facility, which is so important with dementia and Alzheimer's. My mom is well taken care of and loved by the caregivers every day, which provides me much comfort. The improvements do not go unnoticed and are very much appreciated. Our thanks to the entire staff at the Lakes Memory Care for their love and caring of my mom.

I am more than happy with The Lakes! You caregivers are excellent! They keep us informed regarding our mother's care and condition constantly. They always are kind and comforting to our mother. We couldn't ask for better care!

The staff and management has always been helpful, friendly and professional. Lori and her staff have done a great job of making my Dad feel at home. My Dad enjoys atmosphere and the care he receives.
