We have been very impressed with Administration, Staff and Mom’s Care Team here at Lakepoint. They all go out of their way to make sure Mom’s needs are met. She has adjusted quickly and settled in to her routine. They really care about their residents here and it shows. I have appreciated the top notch help with Medicaid paperwork that has been provided and so much more.

Caring, Professional and Considerate. Many don't realize what Health Facilities and their Health Workers deal with daily, it is not an easy Profession. All I can say is that I am thankful for Lakepoint in Augusta and their Staff. They do an amazing and outstanding job and I mean everyone one that is associated. I know my Mother is in great hands and receiving the best care. I can rest at ease knowing she is being taken care of. Thank you!

My mother received excellent care here. Terrific experience! The staff was kind, attentive, and treated her like family. Sherry, Jeannie, Marie, and all the nurses, aides, and therapists were pros and just great folks. The facility was clean, organized, and communication with our family was always excellent. I’m so grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend Lakepoint. We looked at over 25 facilities and this was one of the most solid decisions we have ever made. Wonderful people and a great operation..
