Their team consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support for their residents. The staff is caring, compassionate, and always communicates well with families and community partners. The activities team does a wonderful job creating fun, engaging programs that keep residents active and connected, and the dietary team prepares delicious meals that residents truly enjoy. It's always a pleasure working with everyone at Lake Morton Plaza. We appreciate their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to providing outstanding care. Highly recommend!
