I moved my mom to Lake Meadows Senior Living 2 years ago. We have never regretted our decision. The facility and grounds are modern, attractive and very clean. The staff goes above and beyond to keep residents happy and thriving. The activities department is second to none with lots of outings and events. From the administrative staff, nursing, housekeeping, dietary, therapy and more they are always professional and ready to make each day a positive experience.

I have a really bad experience on this place. Very short of staff and don’t take care of my husband. He was very sick and nobody answer the phone I call directly 911 for take my husband to the hospital.

The management at this building has created an environment where residents and staff are afraid to speak up about concerns relating to resident care due to fear of being retaliated against for doing so. The building itself is not up to code and floods every time we get heavy rain. Furthermore the management cares more about budgeting than adequate staffing, so your loved one will be in an environment that allows there to be one CNA for 90+ residents. Keep in mind these issues before putting your family member here.
