Executive Director Glenda and her team are very responsive and caring. The new owners are investing quite a lot of money into the facility (all new windows, exterior painting, new landscaping and more). There are plenty of activities on site (movies, crafts, entertainment, bingo, happy hours, holiday events and more) and they also have a bus to take residents off site for activities (ball games, casinos), local grocery shopping, etc. There is available transportation for local doctors. There are a wide variety of food choices for all meals. We don’t use the in house doctor, so I can’t speak to that.

Very well kept. All employees are sooo nice with the residents. They keep them busy with activities. Food is great. My Dad loves it there and so do I .

My father has been residing at Lake Howard Heights at their assisted living wing for 4 years due to his Parkinson’s Disease. I’ve been impressed with the caring and compassionate staff since day one. The staff at Lake Howard Heights always goes above and beyond in caring for their residents. Their social activities and life enrichment opportunities for both independent living and assisted living are unequaled. They have a constant line-up of daily activities for their residents so there’s always something to do. I would suggest taking a look at the most recent “Activities Calendars” on their website to see the full range of offerings for their residents. I highly recommend Lake Howard Heights for anyone seeking a first class independent or assisted living community!
