LA VIDA DEL MAR

Tour was great by Adrienne. My parents loved the place. Met a bunch of residents that seemed very happy living there. Food was really good with a very diverse menu. Place seemed upbeat compared to others we toured. My parents loved put a deposit down!!

We went for an informational tour as a preliminary step for future needs. La Vida Del Mar was all about the people. I trust the medical care would be equally impressive but you don't really know about that until you are in need or dig deeper talking w residents. We loved the welcoming friendly vibe but were not happy with the condition of the community as a whole. It is dated and run down - it was unkept and unclean feeling - they could really benefit from an investment in a facelift of sorts. Cosmetically a 2 star - the friendly and beautiful people and staff were 5 star. Living quarters were a 2-3 star. Overall 3 stars. - would love to see a refreshed and more maintained La Vida Del Mar in the future :)

We shared a lovely experience at La Vida Del Mar. Every member of the staff was kind and considerate. We toured the beautiful architecture of the building and individual rooms. We were given an excellent lunch in the exquisite dining room. We will consider a residence there. Even the location so close to the beach is ideal. Thank you Adrienne and Scottie. My wife and I moved to La Vida Del Mar in April 2023. We have enjoyed living here. The accommodations are four star hotel, and the food provided by the restaurant is excellent. There are many activities scheduled on a daily basis and we have found several of them to our liking and participate. I highly recommend anyone looking for a retirement community to join to come and see us.

I have been living at La Vida Del Mar for almost 3 years and find it a wonderful place to feel well cared for, safe and happy in my senior years. The atmosphere is lovely with beautiful amenities, enough daily activities to please every taste, onsite PT, movies twice a day. Biggest problem is finding the time to do it all! The staff does an extraordinary job of knowing the needs and desires of the residents. You really appreciate the wonderful attention and the eclectic community.
