The Villager Inn Retirement Center has been such a wonderful experience from the very start. Mindy, the owner, went above and beyond to make the entire sign-up process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. She answered every question with patience, was incredibly knowledgeable, and truly made my client feel like we were joining a caring community rather than just moving into a facility. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. The atmosphere here is warm, friendly, and feels like home. I’m so grateful for Mindy’s kindness and support — it made all the difference. Highly recommend!

First, I’ll say our mother is one of the most difficult people ever to deal with. The staff continues to amaze me with their patience and kindness. The facility is very clean and meals look great. Hats off to owner, Mindy. I don’t know what we’d do without you!!! Thank you

The Villager is a very loving and safe place for anyone who needs help with their basic needs. I know first hand how this locally owned facility gives every resident the love and attention they deserve. It is a "home like" warm environment. And when the State shows up for a surprise inspection, they agree with what I just stated. They receive VERY high marks. Safe and loving!!!!!

I know our caregivers give the best care and love what they do. They all are here for the love of caring for people. Food is home cooked and made with TLC.

Residents are left unattended in wheelchairs without feet supports.CNA's expected to and do despense meds ,including insiln and narcotics.Only one attendent is on duty for graveyard and they are not RN's.Fire doors are left open all day.Food prep and storage are mishandle in the kitchen.I know that I will never place my family member in this place, and I will continue to warn others of this senior storage unit.
