Pinnacle Assisted Living is a beautiful home with excellent caregivers. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The surrounding environment is serene. It depicts home away from home-This facility is highly recommended.

Terrible place they will tell you anything just to get your money big scam in my opinion . Me and my family met with the manager of this assisting living place. We explained her before we moved my grandfather in, that he had dementia and was very aggressive and had tendencies toward violence when he don't get his way. She clearly stated to us that her and her staff specializes in handling people with dementia I asked her twice before making the decision to leave him here . Told her we give her the check for the 5k to admit my grandfather at Pennacle that Friday that Friday they cash the check. Then Saturday the next day which is today that I am typing this review got 5 calls between 6am that morning and 4pm that evening from the same manager who says she and her staff specialized with patiences with dementia. Calling my family asking us to come get my grandfather, because he was to violent and they admitted to losing him when he walked out the door of the house. I had to call another family member to go to the pinnacle assisted living house to help her find my grandfather. This place is the absolute worse place to bring your loved ones. My grandfather was admitted in this place 4 days ago. And, once she got that 5k check she put him out. Don't bring your loved ones here waste of time and money. Now 24 hours after paying pinnacle assisted living. Now back to finding a nursing home for him with the added bonus of trying to get my money. Which the lady said to me earlier today that she can only give us half of the 5k we already paid them and he only been there 4 days
