Therapy at Label was a great experience. everyone here was excellent with my care . I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy and caring help. I gave you all the stars you need. Love you guys and God bless you all for the care you give at Labelle.!!!!!!!

I would just like to begin this with I used to work at this facility years ago and this place has never been a good facility. It was better before it was bought out but not by much. This does not reflect on all of the staff there but just the ones we encountered in our short stint there. My mother was sent here for rehab and it was not good from the start. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the longer my mom was there, the staff were increasingly dismissive and rude. Anytime my mom tried to speak with the staff to voice her concerns or to ask for help, she was abruptly shut down and ignored. The “therapy” that was received was poor at best. Like I said in the beginning, this facility was never good but it has become even worse than before. This is more about the care(or lack thereof) that my mother received. There is much more to go on about the horrible smell upon entering the facility, the broken equipment(beds, call lights, dressers, lights, etc.), and the sad atmosphere that surrounds the entire facility. Please don’t send your loved ones to this facility. They deserve better. And Oakbrook, please do better for the residents that are stuck there.

I was satisfied with the staff and nurse care facility kept clean. My only suggestion is it could use a little updated. Colors inside is gloomy and sad. Be nice to cheer it up! It's bed enough our elderly have to be in there. Make it cheery. And the rooms as well. Many are stuck in rooms majority of day.

Deciding to place a love one in an assisted living facility is never an easy choice. It can weigh heavily on your heart. But once we made that decision and it was time for discharge, everything fell into place. Ms. Sharon was an absolute gem throughout the process. She ensured we had everything we needed to care for our loved one, and her warm smile could brighten even the toughest days. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Ms. Sharon you made this so much easier for my family and me, and we are incredibly grateful.

We cannot say enough great things about Inge! She was so informative with any questions we had and truly made us feel such a sense of comfort knowing our loved one was in the best hands possible. Inge really cares about the patients and their families and is just such a gem! This facility is so lucky to have someone like her on their team!
