Tricia H. is an amazing Senior Living Counselor! So personable and caring, she makes a point to reach out and connect with people in-person, and really makes you feel confident!

Moved my mother in to respite care and it has been a wonderful experience! I live 8 hours away and feel very comfortable with her there. She is improving every day. The staff is Incredible! Sara is so kind and helpful!

We had the amazing opportunity to get to know many staff member's at The Keystones of Cedar Rapids while my mom was residing there. The attention to detail and the dedication to the residents was outstanding. My mom always felt safe and loved at The Keystones. She enjoyed the friendships and the wonderful activities. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the accommodations - they are best in class!

We at Caring Transitions CR/IC love working with the whole team at Keystone! They make the transition of moving so seamless! They are kind, compassionate, and go above and beyond for families.

Mom had a few bumps with things a couple of months ago, but have since been worked out. Staff, particularly aides, have been amazing in working with her particularly since we had to put her on hospice for comfort care. Everyone has been helpful in making that transition and working to keep mom there as we move into this next phase with her.
