I had a wonderful experience with April Fisher, who took me around to the different available apartments which I’m looking at for my friend who can’t drive and can’t get there, but used to live in the area. Everything is beautiful. Your next question asks me about the price that I paid in. I did not pay any price because I was looking at the place for a friend, but I thought the studio price was quite reasonable so I will say that even though it’s not for me.

April gave us a full tour of the place. Looked nice and clean. Residents we met were nice and recommended Kenmore Senior living.

Complete and total waste of time. My mother passed away, and we need a home for a long time family friend with dementia that lived with her. He cannot take care of himself well enough to be in the home alone, and the executor of the estate is evicting him. WE WASTED ALMOST A ENTIRE MONTH. ALL. OF. OUR. TIME. This facility let us tour, went over the financials and showed us all the AVAILABLE rooms. he has retirement money, which they would be taking all of monthly except $100 and the rest is paid through medicaid. they let us be under the impression he was to move in the beginning of next month. Then out of nowhere bailed and said there is a wait list. Just want to say thank you for adding even more stress in this hard time and completely screwing us over as we now have about a week to find him a home (if even) as it took a month to go over everything here. as an establishment if your people mess up. as there are literal voicemails of you letting us think everything is good and fine and he will be moved in on time. you should follow through rather then possibly throwing a 75 year old man with no family (besides me and my sister who unfortunately don’t have room) who can barely make himself a sandwich or remember to shower into the streets.
