It's hard to put into words how grateful I am to Linda and Simon and the team at PNR Care home. We were in a difficult situation where my mother could not be taken care of at home. Thank God we found PNR care home. Linda's home is clean and she and her team take such good care of the people there. My mom was always kept comfortable. The food was always healthy - they put thought into the meals and would always ask my mom if there was anything specific she wanted to eat.. They checked on her constantly. She was bed bound and never developed a single bedsore. My dad would visit her daily and he was always welcomed. Seeing the care she received on a day to day basis gave him such comfort. I thank God every day for the loving care they provided my mom. These are good and honest people and I can't say enough good things about them. I will always be grateful.

My father just left this facility after almost a 6 months stint after his stroke. I could not be happier. The intimate nature—often characteristic of smaller board and care homes—translates into a highly personalized care experience. The owners and staff Linda and her Son Simon are compassionate, experienced, and deeply committed to the well-being of their residents. For a family seeking reliable, continuous, and high-quality assistance the is an amazing option for someone looking for care in Hercules.

My husband suffered a bilateral stroke last February, leaving him completely paralyzed with only partial use of his right arm, and in tremendous pain. One day he was fully normal and the next day he was paralyzed. Within a period of 2 months he was in the hospital 5 times, in 3 different acute care facilities each time he left the hospital. When he was finally deemed unable to stay in post-acute facility, I found an assisted living facility that left him with bed sores and poor maintenance of his catheter in the 3 day stay. It was a nightmarish experience. The Home Health nurse told me to get him out of there and recommended PRN 2. The care that he received from the staff was outstanding. They took loving and gentle care of him when I could not, as much as I wanted to bring him home. They constantly rotated him, adjusted his pillows, and made him as comfortable as possible. They treated my husband with humanity and dignity in his paralyzed, bedridden state. He was understandably frustrated with his situation and not always an easy patient, at times very abrupt. The caregivers did not get offended and were consummate professionals. Having my husband at PRN 2 gave me peace of mind knowing how well he was treated. I was allowed to see him every day for as long as I wanted, no visiting hour restrictions. Unfortunately, my husband could not beat the odds, he tried so hard to recover and work at his physical therapy, but he was too weak. I am forever grateful to PRN 2 and cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, above and beyond care, and compassion to my husband and my family.

PRN Care Home is an excellent facility. The owners & staff are compassionate, have good heart and are experienced. Our sister lived there for more than three years bedridden. She received great love and care from this place. She never had any bedsores. We are very happy, satisfied for the great job they did. George & Eng Eng
