Is there a year and a half sometimes I went five weeks without a bed bath three times Therapy come see me one day a week for an hour then drop me eventually moved to a different place and within two months I can transition from my bed to my wheelchair from my wheelchair back to my bed to a vehicle back to my Wheelchair and in the vehicle first shift staff was awesome. Second shift sometimes third shift I ain’t gonna comment lazy that’s all I got to say third shift was lazy. I got dropfoot from being there. I asked for the boots to stop that I didn’t get them till six months. After the fact, I had a filling fall out six months later the tooth broke off six months after that I finally seen a dentist which was a year and a half from the time I asked to see a dentist and ended up losing six teeth because of it I would never suggest going there an awesome place but I was a paycheck. They weren’t trying to get me better. They weren’t trying to help me. They were just worried about that paycheck. That was me. I was I don’t get better the longer I stay.

My mother was recently in the TCU for about 3 weeks. We would bring her fresh fruit and vegetables and the staff often threw them away when she was asleep. I had also brought in a small paring knife for her to cut the produce (because the facility only let residents use butter knives), and that was either stolen or thrown away. Mom was allowed to have THC (medical) gummies, but they were also stolen within a few days. When I discovered they were missing, I spoke with the nurse on duty and was told that management would be notified and someone would contact us; nobody ever did. In addition, when my mom first arrived, nobody gave us information about how all clothing must be taken to the front desk for labeling (with the resident's name) or that several sets of clothing should be brought in for the resident. The staff with whom I interacted were all friendly and helpful, and my mom's room was clean. For being in such a nice neighborhood, the building could use some updating (the windows are really old and hard to open/close) and the decor is very outdated; I was scared in the elevators because they were so old and slow. Parking was easy and close to the entrance.

We take your concerns seriously. This is not the standard we expect, and we would like the opportunity to look into what happened. Please contact us so we can discuss.
