Love it here...been here 4 years. I have zero complaints. The management and staff have always been pleasant, fair, and helpful with any concern I've had over the years. My neighbors are friendly, I have always felt safe, and the grounds are kept tidy. I grew up in this neighborhood, it's a prime location and these apartments are affordable for the area. Dianne Rheingans Updated 01/20/2024 Things have changed since that review four years ago. Different staff has come and gone, and long term loyal tenants have no value to current owners. I will explain in the near future.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and when ever I call or put a maintenance request in they are very helpful and attend to what needs fixing immediately. The property manger is extremely polite, friendly and great at her job. That was not true once we moved they keep my whole deposit and say I owed and as well as I have my pictures off before move in they are disregarding so now I’m having to go to small claims court make sure you do a thorough walk through before and after or they will get over on you

Nice space. Living room doesnt have an electrical fixture, so I just had to hang up those lights that connect to an outlet via a cord. And bedroom windows are not tall, but I just threw up ceiling length curtains which helped make the room feel taller and larger

Nice apartments. Canceled my gym membership because its only a 15 min walk to the nearby sacramento River. Apartments have quick access to freeway which makes my commute to work faster. Am looking to see if i can convince my sister to move here too.

Nice place for me and my kids. School is walking distance for them. And the University is a few minutes away so that I can easily attend night classes. Quick access to freeway which helps with my day job commute. No dog park here but I just take my dog on a walk in the neighborhood. Neighborhood is much quieter compared to what the reviews say.
