Great place, caring staff!

They pay way too much for this assistance living. Employees really don’t have experience or knowledge on how to take care of these people. I fee sorry for the clients. Floors are dirty and the clients are usually wet or unattended when needed. Think twice before going there! 😠

Our father is currently at this facility and we have been very satisfied with the care over all! We took him out of a different care center because he was being neglected and loss a tremendous amount of weight so we started looking for a different facility and Jaxpoint was our favorite! Ever since we place him here he has gained all his weight back and some he looks so much better! Every time we have been to the facility everyone there has been helpful and friendly.. and the communication has been wonderful they always call us with problems issues and needs. We have been very satisfied with our fathers care at Jaxpointe!

My family and I visited and really liked the house, particularly the beautiful backyard. The caregivers asked questions about who my mom is and were very knowledgeable and enjoyed their jobs. The house was very clean. We chose another location that was better suited to my mom.
