This place is overpriced and they're scandalous. When my mom left there they gave her a check that bounced and they did it on purpose.. I had to drive back and forth from Barstow to yucca valley which is not close by the way it's hours away All for them to give me a check that bounced it messed up my bank account and cost me a lot of money because now we have to drive back again for the same thing to happen again probably. Their butt hurt that she's leaving so they're giving her a hard time with her check. Now we can't pay our bills and we wasted $400 on a rental car having to go back and forth multiple times. How is that helping people ? it's not... They never do anything we ask them to do instead

The place is filthy. People smoke outside despite medical conditions. The doctors couldn't seem to care less. The area is terrible for people trying to recover from addictions as the area makes almost every possible drug readily available. Overall, send someone here if you don't love them.

My brother has been in their care since 2019 and we have been satisfied with his treatment. The staff are friendly and kind as is the owner. This is more of a relaxed atmosphere for people that can’t remember things.

Worst place I've ever seen. No one speaks English. Only a few people there on weekends. Place smelled horrible. Roof leaked in my Dads room. Food was disgusting. He wouldn't eat it. They lost all the clothes/pjs we bought for him. They took his blanket and gave him someone else's. Very little communication with any doctor or nurse, in fact barely saw one. We had to get him out of there. It was like being on The Walking Dead tv show.

This living facility is great for individuals or families looking for a placement for their loved ones. The administrative staff is always following up with their residents care, and making sure the residents are all comfortable and feel like they are at home.
