This community is beautifully designed with many gathering spaces to visit with friends and family. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home and they treat everyone like family. I would highly recommend Jackson Creek to anyone looking for a supportive and vibrant senior living environment.

Jackson Creek is an absolutely gorgeous community. It has a serene Colorado resort vibe but also a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. During my tour every staff member introduced themself and made me feel at home. The food was exceptional both visually and tastefully. The memory care wing is so well done; definitely purposeful and well suited for those with memory impairments. I highly recommend this gem in the lovely community of Monument.
