It’s always a positive experience to work with Jenny at Ivy Ridge. When I bring a new resident she welcomes them enthusiastically, gets a great care plan in place, and always at an affordable rate. I appreciate having a place for Seniors where they feel loved!

The staff is very cheery, helpful, and proactive. The house and courtyard are pleasant. The cats and little dog are a plus. It is not a happy experience when a loved one exceeds your ability to care for them at home. But I feel comfortable that my father is in good hands and that he is cheered with the atmosphere of the place. They check on him with high frequency and he is always clean and cared for when I pop in and out a different hours. I also give it high marks for location in Poverty Ridge. Convenient and pretty.
