I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Ivy Park San Ramon. As a senior living consultant, I’ve referred and moved multiple clients into their community, and the feedback from families and residents has consistently been very positive. The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents they serve. From the initial tour process to move-in and beyond, they do a great job of communicating, supporting families, and making transitions as smooth as possible. It’s always reassuring to see my clients happy, well cared for, and thriving in the community, and Ivy Park San Ramon has continued to deliver on that. I’m grateful to have them as a trusted partner and highly recommend them to families looking for quality senior living in the area.

Ivy Park was good until Oakmont took over and replaced the old office staff with DEI. ( everyone that worked there before just up and left and my Dad suffered during this time ). The residents culture is not preserved, and they promise everything like better food and activities but those never happened. I donated puzzles, felt crafts, and Autistic type toys to the Dementia unit because they had nothing. My Dad was starved and injured because they couldn't get decent, trained care staff. He was dropped, left in bed far too long, missed meals, no one to assist in eating. He developed a bed sore so bad, ( I had purchased pressure relieving mattress pad, wet/dry covers and lightweight sheets- they were never put on his bed even after a Care Conference and they said they would ). it required daily monitoring and the reason he had to take powerful pain meds. The caregivers are understaffed and are underpaid. The corporation could solve all these problems by stopping their greed and being cheap. These are human lives not numbers ! Please don't place your loved ones in this Evergreen Dementia facility of Ivy Park San Ramon, CA. My Father died there and that's another story..

Gorgeous facility and grounds. Becky was a delightful tourguide and answered all of my questions. So many activities for residents to choose from and a gourmet chef for meals. Residences are bright, lovely and spacious.
