IVY PARK AT SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

Moving a parent away from their independence is a very difficult transition. After researching assisted living facilities, we felt that Ivy Park SJC was a perfect fit. Mom loves her independence, her studio and the garden promenade. We have become a part of the Ivy Park family and so appreciate the genuine care that they have provided to Mom. We count our Blessings, everyday.

We moved Mom into Ivy Park in San Juan Capistrano last year and Mom loves it. David Alvarado , Melanie Aaron and the whole team make Mom feel at home. Before moving in, Mom did not feel she would fit in or utilize the activities offered. It only took a couple months and now Mom has many friends and does weekly activities like exercise, arts and crafts, games and live music. I brought my dad to meet with Melanie Aaron, Sales Director at SJC Ivy when he decided it was time to move from his 55+ apartment. Melanie did a great job of putting to ease any concerns, as did David Alvarado, the Ex Director. We found the right unit for my dad and had him moved in a few weeks later. Having the attentive staff available to ensure your elderly parent is being cared for, getting nutritious meals, has social activities and things to keep them active is perfect for this stage. The rent is reasonable and my dad is very happy at SJC Ivy.

The Ivy Park in San Juan Capistrano is a very special place. My Mom has been there for 2.5 years and I always knew she was being taken good care of. Everyone that works there is so compassionate and always so helpful and accommodating. I will be forever grateful for the community for always making my Mom feel loved and cared for. Thank you!

My aging father and disabled brother are both residents at this wonderful place. There is a strong sense of community and family in dealing with the care of them. Communication between staff and family is great. Facility is spotless with events, crafts, games plus onsite physical therapy and Doctor visits. Highly recommend.
