Ivy Park at Hayward

It has been so difficult getting in communication with Caroline, the executive director, and I have been trying to set up a meeting with her for the past week. So much for "caring about the community."

Ivy Park Hayward is a lovely community with a beautiful, upscale atmosphere that feels welcoming and inviting from the moment you walk in. I've had the pleasure of participating in several events and I'm continually impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff, particularly KayDee, Henryetta, & Jessa/Jessica/Janina. It's evident that the team strives to create engaging, meaningful experiences that help residents feel connected, valued, and joyful. Thank you, Ivy Park Hayward, for all you do to support seniors and their families. It has been a pleasure partnering with your team, and I highly recommend Ivy Park to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant senior living community.

Great service and quality of food for residents. Friendly and helpful staff.

First, we should start at the top. Joseph Villanueva is the Executive Director. He has only been here for a short time and already has made some great changes in security. He is a great addition to our house. He actually cares about the residents that live here. He is the difference we want to see. Second, is the Concierge team at the front desk. There are many helpful people to give directions and assistance. They are always very friendly and always with a smile. Third, is the Maintenance Director Tim, he keeps all things running and helps with tenant's maintenance needs. There is Ricky a new person to the director team. An excellent choice, people minded, intelligent, as always helpful. Kaydee is special, she never stops running. Great activities, talented and she is always scheduling new special events.

We love kaydee she puts in the most effort into every event I’ve been to at this facility she’s the best!
