Island Shores

This review is a long time coming! My mother was cared for at new perspectives and I could not have asked for a better place. From all levels of management to caretaking and nursing, hospice to food service to maintenance. The care comes from the heart and there’s always someone to help you through whatever you need. The caregivers that are there are there because they’re amazing and management has chosen the best ones to care for your loved ones That’s the most important thing. I still visit there every once in a while and see very friendly faces and people who give me hugs and I hug them back because we all know what we’ve all been through. Thank you New perspectives!!!…thank you to everyone who takes care of our loved ones with love and dedication.

Took a tour there in May. Beautiful building. The staff and residents were all welcoming and answered any questions that I had. I wouldn't change a thing about the building. I especially was drawn into the accessibility to antenna connection as that is a big deal for me. You can even eat in your room which I like as well. Beautiful place for folks to reside.

New Perspective Island Shores is a wonderful community with one of the most beautiful settings. The dining room and many of the apartments overlook the Fox River, creating stunning views for residents to enjoy every day. What truly makes Island Shores special is the team. Their staff has incredible longevity, and there is a strong culture of teamwork, with everyone willing to jump in and help wherever needed. The dedication, collaboration, and caring atmosphere make this a fantastic place for residents to call home.

My parents have been living at New Perspective Island Shores in Neenah for approximately one year. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone we’ve interacted with thus far has been genuinely helpful and caring, often going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the residents are well-cared for and engaged in community activities.
