Inspired Living at Alpharetta

The only thing this place inspires is to make sure you never end up here. This is for the Memory Care center. Our patient was there for a month and a half, but the place is such a disaster that we ended up visiting her every day before we found her another place. The turnover at this place is so high that we won't see the same person more than a few times. There is no one in charge who is responsible or willing to answer anything. Our patient was found left alone outside in the bushes, end up sleeping in a random room that it's door happened to be open, fell, was left with a single layer of cloths on a chili day, found her med all over the floor (giving her med was part of the service), was not showered for days, lost/misplaced her stuff (nothing valuable).... We emailed incidents to the person who we were told is in charge and never heard back and no one on site can give you a clear respond. There is always someone else who is in charge that you need to call or email and will never get back to you. Found a poor guy walking in down pour rain and brought it to their attention and took their sweet time before they go out to take him All is not bad. They are great when they're selling you and sending you bills. So much so that they ask for the payment after a month that we left. Talking about left hand not knowing what right hand is doing

We are so blessed to have my aunt cared for at Inspired Living. No long term care is perfect, but the staff in the memory care deserve serious praise. The facility is very clean, the residents (including my aunt) stay well dressed and every time we have visited they are engaged in some activity. She is well cared for, and the peace of mind Inspired gives us is invaluable.
