l initially considered this location for its beauty and amenities. However, after touring three apartments, I was informed that my 15-year-old was not permitted. While the property is advertised as a 55+ community—and I am 60—I did not feel welcomed. Based on my experience, the environment appears to cater to a significantly older demographic. It may be more appropriate for their marketing to reflect that distinction. Prospective residents with younger family members should be aware that this community is not accommodating in that regard. While multi-bedroom units are offered, the expectation appears to be limited use (e.g., a den or occasional guest space), rather than true occupancy. Given these restrictions, rental pricing in excess of $7,000 feels disproportionately high. I was also surprised by the apparent lack of concern regarding how these policies may be perceived in relation to fair housing and discrimination standards.

It doesn't get much better than Aston Gardens, when it comes to senior living. Rita Armstrong and her team do a wonderful job fulfilling the lives of so many residents. As a volunteer and frequent guest, I see first hand the love and care Aston Gardens provides to all those who live there. From independent living, to assisted living and even memory care, Aston Gardens has everything to offer and so much more! You and your loved ones will not be disappointed!!

After living 9 years in the independent living unit at Aston Gardens, my mother at age 95 just relocated to assisted living. What a beautiful place filled with beautiful workers who enjoy what they do and do it well. Two that come to mind are Melanie and Ally. I am always greeted with smiles and a nice welcome. My mother is very well taken care of and I have peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff!!
Response from the owner
