Mom loves it here! We tried the large concierge style ALFs but mom got lost in the shuffle. The nurses at Inglenook House pay close attention to every aspect of mom’s care and we feel right at home!

I am so grateful to have found this place for my mil. The facility is so beautiful and home like atmosphere. The cna’s are incredible, wonderful people who take excellent care of the residents. I can see the residents are very attached to them and loved like family. Any time I am there I truly feel like part of the Inglenook house family. Benita and Rick, the owners are such good people, so caring, thoughtful and good hearted souls. I want to thank them sincerely for helping me with my mil in so many ways that they have. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for their LO.

The best care that you can provide for your family. The new owners of the inglenook house offer the best care and the most compassion i have seen in any assisted living facility. They actually interact with the residents and ensure that they are as happy and comfortable as possible. You will see your loved one's eyes light up as they enter for the first time. Also, both owners are RN's so you know they know what they are doing. 100% would recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their family

My mother-in-law was cared for horrible. We first discharge her folrom rehab and transfer her into inglenook home. What a shocking surprise, the owners of that home can't handle my mother-in-law! What a surprise when Bonita went to see my mom at rehab and says right away that she can handle her and not a problem. Even when mentioned to her that she needed to be handle extra care of 2 nurses to care for her. I am ashamed of that place. I will never reccomend anyone to go there. Any other place is better.

Response from the owner

Inglenook House maintains a Florida Assisted Living Standard License and is Not a medical facility: An ALF with a standard license is legally defined as a residential environment and should not be confused with a medical or skilled nursing facility. If or when a resident exceeds the care level for a assisted living license Inglenook House will inform the residents/families & POA of a change in condition that requires a higher level of care. Not sure but we think you may be the girlfriend of the POA for the resident who came over during the resident move-in less then two months ago to deliver personal belongings and are now upset that the POA has decided to take his mother home to provide Hospice care....Very unsettling

Inglenook House has been a great option for our loved one. She is always saying how much it seems like home. Rick, Bonita and their whole team have been awesome! Thank you for caring for our family :)
