i dont understand how this is a low income housing but the housing has no where to park your car i am scared to leave my house because i dont want to risk losing the parking for my car to get towed or get the chance of getting a ticket and the staff can be rude at time waking everyone up at 7 in the morning for people to move there cars or they will get towed that wont be a issue if they just made parking of a place where people live they are also very inconsiderate of low income people by just towing there car like its nothing horrible

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the management of this senior low-income apartment complex. The manager, Olga, is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. At one point, she even stated that because we are low-income residents, we “have no rights,” which is not only offensive but absolutely unacceptable. The parking situation is a nightmare. There is never parking available, no matter what time you come home. It has gotten to the point where I am genuinely afraid to leave my own apartment because I know I won’t find a spot when I return. If you park anywhere else, you risk being towed or hit with a $130 ticket. It feels like residents are being set up to fail. Anytime concerns are brought up, Olga responds with attitude and disrespect instead of trying to resolve the issue. There is no sense of care, accountability, or basic decency from management. Living here has become stressful and unfair. Residents deserve to be treated with dignity, regardless of income. This place needs serious changes in management and policy. Do not move your parent here please
