Ms . Pam had my fiance and I signed the dotted line for every signature Mark to enroll for PRP services at Ruby's place then a couple weeks later we were discharged for something trivial. Then we find out later on that someone was setting people up for PRP services and then th ey were being discharged couple weeks later cuz the IOP program couldn't bill because the PRP program bill first. I don't know if that's the case but I do know I got discharged for something really silly and this is the only thing I can think of. Also one time I was in another program and when I was discharged from detox it took them 4 days to bring methadone I was really sick. I have a real issue too because when my fiance went to detox at standing of Grace or whatever saving Grace he was told by Adrian that if your girl would have came with you y'all would have had to turn around and walk away. So I've had multiple bad instances and it's with them and please pay attention to what you sign because I signed paperwork without her letting us fill anything out but signature line and now I need to call my insurance to close open authorizations ...be careful people.dont get scammed

Me and my wife Sarah Bowen really love and appreciate this place and everything the staff and the owners did for us here. This place gave me and Sarah a new chance In life and if it wasn't for our devotion and the help this place offered us I wouldn't of learned the tools that we both have today to stay sober. Because of standing by grace it gave me the strength to stay clean one day at a time and now I'm standing tall and by grace I'm still clean today. Love you all!!

⁵⁵ I recommend this program to anyone that hit rock bottom no I didn't like it at first it was to damn strict but as i got that monkey off my back i realized i was cheating my self yes you have to buy your own toiletries and drinks besides water lol but in the real world who gonna take care of you but you the program is super strict and you go to church no matter what denomination you are they feed you give you passes to go out to take care personal business the program has its own laundry mat wher you wash your clothes the food is a1 im talking crab legs turkey wings not no sandwich bags Hot COOKED MEALS 3 TIMES A DAY BULEE DAT ...BUT its not about that its about getting back to reality ...the way it teaches you IN DEPTH spiritual structure and discipline all while detoxing your temple ..you also have free time to call your love ones and p but most of all you get to get your life back together ❤️ im a recovering addict and when you leave you dont want to leave if you know what I mean .. i highly recommend this place .... to anyone seeking help ... wam bam thank you Mrs Pam she is A real Godly woman inside out .Who ever dont like it is just a i wanna rock right now person and just using the program it works if you work it thanks for letting me share ....I recommend this program to anyone that thinks they're a functional addict ... and that's the way the way the cookie crumbles..!

I've been with by grace since 2015 and they have saved my life more times then I can count. Taking me into the inpatient part and giving me the help I so badly needed, to helping me see I am worth living a good life and just because I've made bad choices doesn't mean im a bad person. Nurse angie is literally a godsend. She works so hard and does it with a smile on her face. Her greeting us in the morning everytime im there is always so warm, kind and caring. It's like night and day from the way things used to be. Mrs. Pam don't play when it comes to recovery she takes it as serious as it really is but her heart is bigger then the problem which is what makes her the perfect person to go to if you want the advice and direction you NEED and NOT what uou want to hear. She sugarcoat nothing but if you're serious about your recovery she's standing right next to you, not behind you because she's not pushing you into anything youre not ready for, and not in front of you because no 1 person is better then the other. She walks beside you so you never have to look far when u need someone. So anyone out there struggling pr.considering to get clean and start moving forward THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO COME. They have outpatient methadone, they inpatient treatment and mental health help if its needed. Not only do I highly recommend by grace/still standing by grace on my opinion there's no other options. The staff is amazing shoutout to the counselors and all the staff that work together daily even when the rowdy and disrespectful people come in they handle it and I promise you that person won't be coming back with that same attitude lol. I just want to thank by grace for being there for me through the good and the bad, and for helping me make the bad good. Im.mot just saying this...I would have died a long time ago . From me, my kids and the rest of my family we truly thank you for everything that you did to help me save my life. With all of my heart I LOVE YOU AND AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR YOU. I also want to add that when I was going through the most difficult time in my I have ever went through in my life, losing my mom, Mrs. Pam calling to check on me. And gave me a hug the first time she saw me after it happened. So tha yoy direction.n

I recently met Ms. Pam at Volunteers of America while seeking resources, and I was immediately touched by her spirit. In the middle of her own responsibilities, she took the time to check on us, make calls, arrange help, and extend kindness with no expectation in return. She showed the kind of care you rarely see: warm, steady, prayerful, yet also firm and clear-minded about boundaries. What stood out most was her presence. She carries herself with grace and strength. She treats people with dignity and respect, even when their lives are complicated. Her compassion doesn’t come from a place of pity, it comes from seeing people as human beings worthy of love and care. I’ve seen negative reviews about her online, and I understand that people bring their own perspectives and pain into the process. But my experience of her was the complete opposite. I see a woman who works tirelessly, who leads by example, and who gives of herself in ways that are rare. Thank you, Ms. Pam, for showing Christ’s love in action. I want you to know that I see you, I feel you, and I appreciate you. May God continue to strengthen and bless you as you pour into others.
