I witnessed a tour via FaceTime with a family member. I was shocked that this place is licensed at all. The facility was filthy, and my family member said the smell of urine was overpowering. Dana, the person we dealt with, is extremely rude and unprofessional. After touring, I would NEVER want anyone I know to live at this facility. They should be shut down.
