(11/21/25 just got to experience the Thanksgiving party/feast. The food was exceptional, all home cooked. The staff worked tirelessly cooking, serving the residents, making sure they all had plenty to eat and drink. They were all so happy! In regards to J Scarbro’s remarks below (my nephew) and his one star rating, he had called during their 2024 Christmas party, he was asked to call back later as they were busy serving the residents. She had a phone that he gave her but she couldn’t figure out how to use it, his remark eluding that “he doesn’t know how many more holidays she’ll be here for” as if she will die and he wouldn’t have had a chance to talk to her, is pathetic-he only lives 20 mins. away.. Sad that he wouldn’t go see her in person). I am very happy with her care at HOA. They are very attentive. The place is not fancy but it is clean. She is well taken care of. She enjoys the homemade meals. She especially likes bingo. The staff is kind to her and while she wants to go home, she is also at the same time very happy here.

Great staff. My grandmother seems happy here as she can socialize with the other residents. When I came to visit with her great grandchildren…the twins, they gave us a private room so she could spend time with them. When my kids escaped the room the staff was understanding in me chasing the kids down and just smiled. I have visited on multiple occasions and the place is always clean the the staff is welcoming.

Very nice place with friendly staff and a home like feel. We visited our Grandmother here over Christmas and they gave the six of us a private room to eat and celebrate the holiday with her. All in all Household of Angels is a clean, safe and friendly place that is worthy to care for your loved ones.

Was told on Christmas Day that we couldn’t speak to my Grandmother and that the number we’ve been calling for months (the only number we have) was all of a sudden a “business line” and to not call back. I don’t know how many more holidays she’ll be here for, so for them to refuse to let us speak to her is wrong on so many levels. They claim to be a religious organization, but their actions would indicate otherwise. I would not recommend letting your loved one stay here.

Understaffed, unsupervised, lack of meals Will not provide updated medical records upon taking a parent out due to mistreating. Do not place your love one here. The owner only cares about the money and smooth fake preaching of God's word. Crystal was the best when she was there. The staff all started relocating to new jobs very quickly and stated the unhealthy conditions of the home. Called Social Services,& Health Deptartment
