Based on how they treated me a someone visiting I wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy’s loved one to stay here. The emphasis employers place on front facing skills especially in environment like these need to be rehabilitated significantly. The two women I encountered during my visit there today in Building 1 were very abrasive, dismissive and lacked proper communication skills. As someone who wears more than one hat in this field, there is never a good reason to treat anyone with such a lack of respect and common courtesy unprovoked.

The owners should fire the gentlemen answering the phones at night and have ice Police department check him outYou should have a supervisor on duty 24/7 you're responsible for over 200 people The gentleman that watches your phones at night should be removed fired he's rude to your patience families he doesn't act professional the health and well-being of each of your tenants should be available to any member of the family just like hospitals do

Hi there my mother's at Horizon I made arrangements the last time I was there that I should be called if my mother needs anything and she fell and it was taken to the hospital they never bothered to call me my sister is power of attorney but we don't talk that's why I made the arrangements with Horizon they don't have any consideration for the family. This place needs to hire more nurses more AIDS on each floor there's never someone at the nursing station to answer the phone
