Great room-very bright and clean. Food is good. My mom was bright and cheery and says everyone has been nice. She has attended mass which she thoroughly enjoys as she was rarely able to go as it was very difficult to get her out.

Thank you for working with Jane Buholzer on her walking. Please extend my thanks to the therapist who has been working with her. She is stronger than she has been in the last year and a half.

A great environment for your loved ones. The Activities Department is amazing. They create an engaging events and activities. The Director, Ashley, is so creative and wants residents and their families to be engaged.

Mom's health care needs were changing. We knew her assisted living situation was no longer going to be able to support her and give us peace of mind. Skilled care placement is an emotional decision. We're thankful we chose St. Mary's Care Center for her. Here's why. The environment is calm, quiet, clean, and odor free. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ready to adjust the care plan based on her needs that vary from day-to-day. The staff-resident interactions are respectful. The food choices satisfy my Mom's appetite. The activity programming keeps Mom stimulated. If you are looking for a skilled care setting, I can recommend St. Mary's Care Center.

Last summer, following surgery, my sister entered St Mary’s for rehab and it went so well that this was her first choice for placement. Staff are friendly and helpful. Staff explain what they are doing with her care. My sister is blind so this helps a lot. Ellen recently had a medical crisis. Staff worked with UW Health, tests were done and reported. I am impressed with how this was done. A special shout out to Renee RN. Her professionalism shined. She coordinated care and transfer to the ER. My sister so appreciated her presence, her calm reassuring voice while explaining what was happening. Later, scared and confused, the memory of Renee’s voice was reassuring. From my own experience, that voice of calm reason means everything. Thank you Renee and staff for your professional skills.
