Hopes Residence

I moved in during an emergency situation and I have a few things on my background that some apartments won't work with me on unfortunately. Abbie was so kind and worked with me every step of the way. She was able to get me in with some good move-in specials and was just so good to my family from day one. There were a couple of minor things that needed to get touched up the day I moved in and the maintenance employee– David has been so easy to work with. Transparent, Honest, Punctual and represents the property very well. I expect the future of my residency here to be just as smooth. Thank you so much.

Maintenance and management here is a joke nothing ever gets fixed I’ve been without AC in one of my rooms for 10+ months and the only respond they given me is “it’s not an emergency because you have ac in the other rooms” The ladies in the office are rude I asked to speak with the manager turns out it was her apparently so I don’t even bother anymore. my closet doors fell within the week that they were installed and I don’t have kids just 2 adults living here I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever living here The only reason I’m still here is because of my contract but for sure won’t renew it

Love the management! All beautiful kind and sweet got me In quickly and stress free! Helped with all my questions! This place is beautiful the apartment units are beautiful inside and out and clean and the pools and apartment complex itself is in great shape and very clean and quiet! I highly recommend you get with Jessika !. She will get you in so smoothly !!! Very sweet and hears you out on everything! Jessika is truly the best and was able to help me look at different options that they had available in the complex. I recommend her to anyone and everyone that is looking to lease an apartment! Don’t wait trust me you won’t be unhappy ! Jessika is truly a blessing and helped me and my family find a unit to call home love it !

Loved these cozy apartments this is my second lease . Love the office staff and maintenance. As soon as I put in a work order they come the next day or even the same day. Jesse from maintenance has been on top of things. Thank you so much Jesse for careing for our needs in our home. And I Love the main manager and the office manager Jessica great listeners and very supportive . Pool is always clean in case yall wonder about things like that . And cute pet park if you have a pet .

Management is helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. I’ve had an overall good experience living here. It’s a safe place, I would live here again.
