Beautiful facility

My father was a resident at Hope Senior living from October 2019 through his passing on Christmas Day 2019. I cannot rave enough about the competent and loving care that he was provided. The staff went out of their way to meet his needs and went "above and beyond" many times. Kudos to Patti, the facility manager for pouring her heart into the residents and her staff. She would do "anything" to help, and this attitude permeated throughout the rest of the staff. I could feel the good vibes each time I was there. The activities seemed phenomenal, though Dad could not really participate. Each person that entered Dad's room genuinely cared about him. He felt very loved at Hope Senior Living. In fact, he was supposed to return home at Thanksgiving, but liked it so much and felt so comfortable that he chose to stay there to finish out his life. It was truly a blessing to be surrounded by so many loving and caring individuals. Keep doing what you do Hope Senior Living! And thanks from the bottom of my heart!!

I would not recommend this place for anyone. My mother was in for therapy after a hip replacement and had nothing but issues. Call lights not being answered in a timely fashion, my mother has to be on oxygen and her machine wasn't set high enough and could not reach it. A family used pure bleach across the hall to clean their families room which caused my mother severe breathing problems, Pure bleach is not allowed to be used in a nursing home / facility.
