Hope & A Future is an award-winning Adult Family Home that involves multiple generations in the care of adults in their last stage of life. The organization uses a Family of Friends staffing model where a neighborhood nurse lives on-site with live-in staff, and residents share meals and life around a family table with staff, children, visitors, and volunteers.
