We have been so grateful and pleased with the care and staff at Hooverwood Living and Kraft Commons. My mother-in-law started out in rehab and moved to an assisted living apartment. The staff were responsive to her needs and our questions. We really like the smaller community feel! The only unmet desire we had was for someone to play “quarterback” and take the lead on communicating with us regarding her transitions to and from the hospital to rehab and rehab to her apartment. I expressed this to a staff person and she welcomed the feedback.
