I have serious concerns about the behavior and professionalism of some of the staff at Home Sweet Home. Their actions and attitudes are questionable, and when issues were brought to the attention of the business owner, they refused to listen or take any feedback seriously. This kind of dismissive approach makes it difficult to trust the integrity of the service being provided.

This is a wonderful home environment with experienced caregivers!! Located in east end Ventura, Home Sweet Home was our choice for our beloved family member. He was safe, comfortable and always enjoyed the meals. Check it out for your loved one!!

Home Sweet Home provided excellent care for my friend Ray. He was taken care of and felt safe in their home. Ray was reluctant to go to a home at first, but felt comfortable in a few weeks. The staff was responsive to any requests I made. All I had to do was ask and they accommodated Rays needs. The owner is helpful and caring and easy to work with.

I was checking out group homes for my husband possible need to be put into one for being taken care in a warm, welcome home environment! It was a 6 bedroom very clean, friendly and safe environment! The layout was great had large sitting room, eating area. Outside patio for visiting with loved ones. The staff was warm and welcoming and made you feel at home.
