When it came time to find a memory care community for our mom, we originally chose another facility. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew it wasn't the right fit. We immediately began visiting other communities, hoping to find a place where she would truly feel at home. Holbrook exceeded our expectations in every way. Knowing that Mom is surrounded by people who truly care gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Holbrook also offers incredible amenities and opportunities that enrich the lives of its residents, including a heated therapy pool, a fitness room, beautiful dining areas, and weekly field trips that keep residents active and engaged. We know Mom is loving her new home, and our entire family feels incredibly blessed to be part of the Holbrook family. We are grateful every day for the care, kindness, and dignity they provide.

Mom moved in 2 months ago. Staff is amazing! Whole process was seamless from Emily taking time for tours, Amanda move in specialist, Robin and Michelle making sure care plan and meds taking care of to Janice and Nicole the concierges who always makes us feel welcome. Can't forget Gary in restaurant that always remembers mom's likes and dislikes. Place is gorgeous rooms spacious. Totally the best.

I have moved my mother twice. Once into assisted living and 6 months later into memory care at The Holbrook Sugar Hill. Both moves were emotional and overwhelming to say the least. Amanda’s kindness, time and willingness to help with every detail made both transitions much easier. Highly recommend!

From the time that you walk-in to the community,for the very 1st time it will blow you away. The staff is amazing,Amanda and Erin are so easy to talk to its like family. Stacey the GM is very accommodating to all your needs. The place will just below you away,there is no comparison between Holbrook and any other community,its in its own league.

Our family experience at Holbrook was wonderful albeit short. We had a family member there for less than a month in early 2025. The staff were amazing! They worked with us to get our family member into the facility very quickly. We are very grateful for our time at Holbrook.
