We absolutely love teaching our boxing class at Hilltop Reserve! The residents are such a fun, dedicated group, and they show up ready to move every week. Kelly is awesome to work with, super organized and always on top of things, which makes our job so much easier. The whole vibe at Hilltop is warm, welcoming, and really focused on keeping residents active and engaged. It’s a great place to be!

This is a beautiful location and full of fantastic people. I’m especially impressed by their fitness and enrichment activities to keep seniors active and enjoying life. Kelly, one of the leaders at Hilltop, has brought in various speakers, comes up with creative and challenging games, and takes the residents all over the city! This is such a great place.

Toured with a family member who is looking to move into independent living. This was by far the best community we’ve seen. The activities exceeded my family member’s expectations and gave her a whole new perspective on what independent living can offer. The facility is beautiful—welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We left feeling excited and hopeful about the possibilities here at Hilltop.

During the summer of 2023, a year after my wife of 54 years passed away, I decided that living alone in a 2300sqft, two story house with a full basement. I suffer from Parkison's Disrease and am over 80 years old. Being alone in that house was not safe. With the blessing of my adult children I began the hunt for a suitable Senior Living Facility, which has Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care. There are many facilities spread over the greater Denver metropolitain area. Some of the facilities ask that you pay a large amount that will set you up as owner who still subsidizes many home owner expenses. Others rent the space with a non refundable entry fee. There is a substantial charge, paid monthly, to cover maintenance, and some food. Hilltop Reserve is a rental apartment in interior Denver, near Glendale and Cherry Creek shopping. It is close to my previous home making it feel comfortable. Upon entering, I was impressed by the friendly 24-7 Concierge who is there to greet you and direct you. Space of the lobby is well appointed, well lit and comfortable. I have learned that this space houses a variety of entertaining performances. I was greeted by residents who were sitting and conversing. One feature of the residents is a sincere friendliness. I was assigned an ambassador to help me settle in. I learned about the many activities that are happening ranging from games, such as bridge and canasta, Mah Jong, scrabble, to frequent lectures on travel and music. Residents lead a variety of activities that match their interest and talent. The independent living apartments are equipped with a full kitchen. I have met folks who like to cook and are happy. For folks like me who don't cook, there is a very good food service program that presents tasty and varied foods. People ask if I am happy here. Given that age and health suggested the wisdom of coming to such a place, I am very happy with my choice. I feel safe and valued. It has been easy to become a happy member of the community. Ken Fox
