Hilltop's Brain Injury Services offers supported living for adults with brain injuries through the Life Adjustment Program (LAP), located on an eight-acre campus in Grand Junction, Colorado. LAP provides housing and a supportive community with meaningful activities that encourage connection. The program honors individual dignity, promoting independence and personal choice through customized care plans.

Hi folks. My daughter, Tiffany, has been a client at Hill Top Residential since 1991. She has made incredible progress in her day to day activities, i.e problem solving, interacting appropriately with other clients and staff. She has had a job in the community center, for the last several years. As a result, learning to manage money has become important to her. The staff is an incredible and diverse group of people. They are able to balance friendship and authority with the clients. There is no better place for Tiff than right where she is. Thank you all so very much. Mary Jane. Tiffany's mom
