My mom spent a year and a half in memory care at Park Terrace. She was treated with respect and kindness. She loved her caregivers and so did we. The activities they offered were engaging and fun My mom never once wanted to leave and go back “home.”. The caregivers go above and beyond

Don't expect phone calls back. Bills will not be forwarded and you won't receive them until they go to collection. Appropriate paperwork will not be filed with the state. It will take you a long time to find someone to help you when you are in the facility. My father sat for hours on his first morning there with no one coming to care for him. I had to call 20 times to reach someone. When your father falls and dies in the hallway and you ask questions about the circumstances you will be described as accusatory. They will not call you back to tell you that you are out of time to clear out his room and you will not be allowed to come and get his things. This is the second experience our family has had at Marquardt and I can't caution anyone considering this facility enough.
