After reviewing many communities, my parents chose Highgate. During their entire time as residents, the team at Highgate reinforced the benefits of their decision multiple times every day. I was always impressed with the staff as they all presented themselves as caring and sincere. Everything my parents needed was provided. From the perspective of my parent's advocate, I was impressed with Highgate and would easily recommend their community to anyone considering moving into assisted living.

Both Kimberley and Shannon were immense help in assisting us with getting our mother enrolled with Highgate Temecula. Talk about going above and beyond…WOW!!! They were on top of every process, accommodated my needs while being out of state, help me with referrals to outstanding entities that we needed in order to get mom’s paperwork and accommodations ready. They are truly blessings to all they interact with! Thank you so much!!

My mother has lived at Highgate for 4 1/2 years now. There are a lot of nice looking senior facilities, but this one comes filled with warm-hearted, caring, and attentive employees. Mom would live nowhere else. My interactions with folks here at the facility, and with corporate on the phone have all been uplifting and supportive. 🌟 🏆 🏅
