Hidden Valley Assisted Living

My brother is in the memory care facility. This place is beautiful! Very new and clean! The staff is wonderful! Very friendly, caring and helpful!

As a social worker, I visit many assisted living communities throughout Northern Utah, and Hidden Valley is truly one of my favorites. I would feel completely comfortable having my own parents or a loved one live there. What stands out most is the genuine care and attention the staff provide to each resident. The building is beautiful, the food is good, and there is a positive, welcoming atmosphere throughout the community. The administrator, Jenny, is wonderful to work with. She is responsive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of the residents and their families. I recently learned that Hidden Valley also offers an adult day program for individuals who do not live there. This has been an incredibly valuable resource for one of my clients’ spouses, who was experiencing caregiver burnout. Having a safe, supportive place for their loved one during the day provided much-needed respite and peace of mind. Hidden Valley is a community I confidently recommend to families looking for quality care, support, and a team that genuinely cares.

It’s hard to find words sufficient enough to express our gratitude to the team at Hidden Valley for the care they gave our mom. She had advanced Parkinson’s disease and as her needs grew more complex they met her with unwavering care, kindness and dignity. Every nurse, CNA, lunch staff, maintenance staff, cleaning staff and administrative staff treated her like family. The respect and kindness they showed not only brought her comfort, but brought peace to our entire family. Even in her final days, they made sure she was surrounded by warmth. We will never forget the compassion and professionalism they brought into her care. Thank you for helping us walk this road. We are forever thankful.
