The board in year 2023 does not care about the residents and is trying to steer the decisions that affect all the 40 units( 40 families) to a dangerous situation taking care about the decisions that most of the residents disagree about. The board and the management company are headed in a direction that is not approved by the majority of the residents. Hope the new year brings some other people who care about the residents before their internal fears of failure as it happened from past boards that have one board member still in the present board and at that time was just a puppet in the hands of the board President. The present board has no engineering experience and still take decisions with the management company which is driven to give repairs to their acquaintances.
