Hidden Harbors Center

My mom spent her last days at hidden harbors. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to the whole staff there. They treated us like family! They had so much respect and care for my mother who wasn't able to communicate as well at that time. I would definitely suggest them to anybody who was in need.

There's residents that belong there and there's residents that shouldn't be there.They are too far advanced and need supervision. Grabbing forks and parading into unlocked rooms while people are sleeping is NOT acceptable!!! The staff is not coordinated. The food is inadequate for seniors. Yvonne is excellent and the young man on the weekend days is great too but the rest fall short. They sit and do very little for their residents. The day staff-- with the exception of Yvonne-- pretty much stays in the managers office and roll their eyes when a resident asks for help. If you're looking to place a parent or loved one in Hidden Harbors know this: BEWARE! IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONTHLY COST!! Keep looking...keep you loved one's best interest at heart and keep looking!!

I stopped by for a tour this is truly a hidden gem in St.Clair Shores.
