Heritage Woods of Huntley, LLC

My mom has been in the Heritage Woods community since the end of May 2020. The administration staff, nursing and nurses aid and housekeeping staff has been extraordinary throughout the difficult COVID protocols. Due to dementia, her condition has been degrading but due to the staffs high level of care and compassion mom has been comfortable and her needs have been well taken care of. To a person they have been kind, compassionate, professional and accommodating throughout these difficult challenges. I’m extremely grateful that she is there.

My Dad has been at White Oaks for 2 years now. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, the facility, and the level of care he receives. The staff is friendly ,knowledgeable, and cares for my loved one like he is their own. He gets a lot of personal attention, and they are a great resource to my family as well. His room is spacious and kept very clean. They manage his medications, his laundry, and his hygiene . He enjoys all of the meals and snacks. I recommend White Oaks 100 percent.

We moved my dad into Heritage Woods of Huntley in July 2017. It was a bit of an adjustment, but they were patient and new exactly what to do to help him become comfortable in his new surroundings. The staff was in constant communication with us, and helped us understand the process of this journey. In March, 2020, he moved into the Memory Care section of Heritage Woods. It was exactly what he needed and just in time for the start of the pandemic. I am so grateful for the expertise of the workers there to keep my dad in good spirits and good health. The staff has help us stay connected by assisting us in phone calls and video chats. There was a time we were able to do window visits, and even a parade for his birthday. I can't say enough about Heritage Woods of Huntley/White Oak - I am not sure what we would have done without them.

We moved my mother into Heritage Woods in January of 2018. It was the best and most timely decision we made. From the beginning, the staff was reassuring that she would settle in shortly. And, that is exactly what happened. My mother was very happy and loved her new home! And, she always talks about how good the food is and how nice the staff is. We have always felt that she has been well cared for and as time goes by and she needs more assistance, the entire staff has recognized these needs and provides the support. This has been especially reassuring this past "COVID" year. My mother is still a "happy resident". Thank you Heritage Woods and staff. We are so grateful for all of you!!!
